Pictures of the site shared with virtual attendees, along with description: Phoenix Downtown Sheraton lobby--The high-ceilinged space—perhaps as high as a two-story building—has four white, tapered columns supporting the ceiling; a row of arm chairs in dark pink upholstery is featured with sets of chairs surrounding small tables; at right, stools are arrayed in a curve around a bar. In the rear, lush foliage is just to the left of a stone, chimney-like façade.
Our meeting room: "Ahwatukee A.” About the size of one-half of a tennis court, long tables and chairs are arrayed horizontally in two sets of five rows with an aisle between the two banks of chairs and tables. Additional seating is at the rear of the space—on either side of double exit doors. All together, seating for about 60 is available. In the foreground, at the front of the aisle, a projector rests on a rectangular, black-cloaked projection table.
